The project incorporates glass walls of varying heights to maintain transparency while separating the courts from the common areas, with engineered and stamped solutions that meet the project’s structural and regulatory requirements. The glass system was also designed, engineered, and approved within a 14-day period.
ROLLIN JOE'S
Rollin Joe’s is a new coffee shop the design draws inspiration from music culture, vinyl listening lounges, and modern cafés, with comfortable seating, greenery, and lighting intended to complement the music-focused atmosphere. The brand plans to expand into college towns, starting with its first location near SMU in a building with a long-standing local dining history.
Rollin Joe’s aims to transform a former New York Sub location into a vibrant community gathering space. The venue will offer premium coffee, specialty beverages, sandwiches, and grab-and-go snacks in a space with seating for 45–50 guests. Live music and DJs will enhance the experience several nights a week.
PURE GREEN - FISHTOWN
Pure Green will open a new location in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia in late summer. The shop will offer cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls designed to promote energy, recovery, and wellness. Founded in 2014, the franchise aims to encourage healthy habits and become a convenient option for the local community.
